When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped after processing (1-2 days after the order date). Shipment will arrive 7-14 days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We apologize if there is a delay in shipment due to Customs clearance/inspection or transportation delay caused by the carrier service.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
