These Terms of Service the Terms govern your access to and use of this website and storefront (the “Store”), including all related information, content, features, tools, and products offered through the Store. The Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate the Store and provide shopping functionality.

Shipping times are estimates only. We work with third-party suppliers and global fulfillment partners, so delivery times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
carriers
customs
global suppliers
events outside our control
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Store is owned by the Store operator, Shopify, or third-party licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
All trademarks appearing on the Store belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Store is powered by Shopify. Purchases you make are made directly with the Store operator, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, damages, or your transactions.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases.

All personal information collected through the Store is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or have the rights to submit such Feedback.
We may remove Feedback we deem inappropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein
